Clearing Out Mental Blocks That Prevent You from Being Successful!

Do you have big dreams but lack the motivation or keep procrastinating instead of achieving them? The only thing that stands in the way of us becoming a successful version of ourselves- is quite literally ourselves. This unfortunately comes down to mental blocks. Mental blocks can manifest itself as writer’s block, procrastination, scarcity, exhaustion, confusion, irritability or sometimes perfectionism.
The aim of the game is to take action on your dreams and show up everyday for yourself, but this doesn’t come as smoothly as people may hope. It takes a lot of hard work, determination, and confidence to get to where you want to be in life. You can ask any successful entrepreneur and they will tell you it takes pure action and a strong mindset to get anywhere.
So, how can you envelop this energy every day to reach your goals? What’s the secret?
What if I told you that you already know what’s wrong? The problem is you’re ignoring yourself and not listening to the answer. Most of the time the reasons why we stop ourselves from becoming successful is really because we are afraid. Afraid to do something out of our comfort zone, afraid to share our business to many people, afraid to talk to clients/customers or to network, terrified of putting ourselves out there every day. To become successful, we must first learn to become consistently uncomfortable to take action, and when we are uncomfortable, we must also learn how to be confident to move forward and strive.
Make a list of everything you need or want to do even if it scares you, listing everything that will get you close to where you want to be. The take that list and accomplish 1 thing a day. You’ll find when you get started, you’ll keep going, and each thing will become easier over time until it feels entirely natural.
Confidence is something that can’t be achieved. People think “if I get this one thing, I will be confident then” but you can achieve that one thing you always thought would give you the confidence you need and still gain no confidence at all. Confidence is created, and one extraordinary way to break through blocks is taking on each day acting as if you are incredibly confident until one day it becomes a habit.
To remove all mental blocks, you need to just take action anyway, keep going, and the motivation and creativity will come flowing back.
