McBride Sisters Winery

I was introduced to McBride Sisters Winery by my daughter, she gave me a bottle of the “Black Girl Magic Rose”. After finishing half the glass, I was very impressed with the quality and was completely sold on the brand!

The Rose and Sauvignon Blanc are light to medium-bodied, I taste hints of citrus notes and it has a slightly dry finish.

Always serve the wine perfectly chilled, I promise you will be drinking these wines beyond the summer months!

I would recommend pairing the wines with Indian and Thai food, it’s providing a nice balance with medium spiced to really spicy dishes.

But the wines taste so good on their own, you may be tempted to have two glasses!

The third wine I have tried is the “Black Girl Magic Zinfandel” a medium-bodied red wine — it’s similar to a Pinot Noir.

It’s velvety smooth on the palette, I would recommend pairing this wine with grilled meats and vegetables or charcuterie board. But you may just want to enjoy a glass after a long day.
