How to let go of your overeating without years of therapy
You know that overeating is harmful to you. It causes a series of physical problems (your stomach enlarges beyond the standard size and pushes against the other organs when you overeat – that is why you feel that discomfort after a heavy meal).
You know that overeating is harmful for you because everybody tells you it is. It’s in magazines, it’s on the news, it is the number one cause of death in America (and globally, obesity killed way more than COVID).
Yet nobody tells you HOW to fight it entirely. They tell you what to do – “buy this new supplement” and “join this new programme”. (If they told you HOW they wouldn’t make any money…).
