Hello, I’m Sabrina Nelson, an award-winning Certified Life Coach, PCC, passionate about guiding individuals on their transformative life journeys. I provide effective strategies, solutions, and personalized coaching to help create a successful roadmap for the best outcomes. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, you will feel seen, heard, and understood.
From an early age, I had a natural ability to connect authentically with people from all walks of life. However, it took time to understand how this gift intertwined with my true purpose and my ‘Why.’
Throughout my career, I pursued roles that allowed me to showcase my expertise, knowledge, and leadership skills, always pushing me to new heights. Excelling in Facilities and Project Management and Interior Design was exhilarating, but as I managed and created beautifully designed office spaces, I felt a deep yearning to uncover my true purpose in life.
I refused to settle for the status quo or become complacent with accolades, promotions, and big bonuses. Each meaningful interaction invigorated me, as I made people feel seen, heard, and understood. Gradually, I realized these connections were pointing me toward my true calling. However, the demands of my job left little time for introspection.
In 2014, my company was acquired, and I was laid off. This unexpected turn gave me the freedom to focus on my purpose. For the first few months of unemployment, I embraced this new chapter of my life and began contemplating how I wanted to impact the world.
Encouraged by those who suggested I write a book or become a motivational speaker, I started writing blogs to inspire and encourage others. I also volunteered at a non-profit organization and became a Certified Mentor, offering valuable business advice to both established and new entrepreneurs. These coaching sessions provided tools to help them build confidence in their expertise.
This experience inspired me to pursue my own Certified Life Coaching certification. After researching top certification courses, I made a significant financial investment and enrolled. In 2016, I received my Certified Professional Coaching (PCC) certification. The sense of fulfillment was immense, and I was ready to coach, motivate, and transform lives.
I co-authored several books and continued writing my blogs until another major epiphany struck—I decided to open my own coaching business. Thus, Transformational Life Coaching (TLC) was born.
