Navigating a career transition can seem overwhelming and unachievable, especially for women in midlife. We know because we’ve been there! We found the process isolating -- Linda as a returner after a 16-year caregiving break and Judy as a pivoter from a national non-profit. 

We knew there were many women in the same position and yearned for a group of like-minded peers with whom to undergo the professional reinvention process. 

  After building out a program for women returning to work in the social impact sector, we saw the very real need for programming developed for the specific needs of women in mid-life. And we discovered our passion. We founded EvolveMe to help mid-career women kick-start their career transformation through curated programming and support from each other. 

EvolveMe is on a mission to advance women in midlife. Our signature offering, The Reinvention Collective, brings women together in cohorts for live 12-week virtual training based on EvolveMe’s proprietary DARE method of career reinvention. 

Women gain clarity in their career direction and confidence to own their value and pursue new opportunities. 

Whether returning to the paid workforce or pivoting careers, the Collective experience gives women everything needed for a successful career transition through self-reflection, practical skill-building, refreshed professional toolkit, and accountability within a supportive community.

Reinvention Collective participants see real results, landing sought-after roles across a wide variety of industries and launching their own ventures. 

RC participants call their experience “life-changing” and “the best professional investment they’ve ever made.” We’re excited for our seventh Collective starting 10/18 to help more women achieve their dream next chapter. 

EvolveMe also works with companies through our EvolveMe@work initiative, providing curated workshops and programming to help organizations attract, support and advance women, fostering an environment to help them succeed.
